Title: Lean on Jesus!

Galatians 6:2 KJV - Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

Devotion:
Bill Withers' classic song "Lean on Me" (https://youtu.be/fOZ-MySzAac?si=iLimStcdTGtWnkdH) resonates with us because we've all experienced the weight of burdens. 
 Jesus invites us to come to Him with our weariness (Matthew 11:28-30), and to yoke ourselves to Him, sharing our burdens and finding rest in His strength.

The law of Christ is to love God and others selflessly (Matthew 22:37-40). By binding ourselves to Jesus, we tap into His power to endure hardships, make wise decisions, and love others unconditionally. As Jesus bore our sins and suffering, we are called to support fellow believers, demonstrating Christ's love and guiding them to Him.

If you're struggling under the weight of financial, spiritual, or social burdens, come to Jesus now. Spend a few moments sharing your concerns with God. You may be surprised by His desire to use you to support someone else, and in doing so, you'll find blessings.

Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial.
