Title: Living with Gratitude.

Scripture Foundation
- 1 Thessalonians 5:18 — “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
- Psalm 103:2 — “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.”
- Colossians 3:15 — “Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts… And be thankful.”

Reflection
- Gratitude as obedience: Thankfulness is not optional — it is God’s will for His children.
- Ingratitude as danger: Forgetting God’s blessings leads to pride and discontent.
- Gratitude as worship: Every “thank You” is an act of praise that honors the Giver.

Application:
- Daily thanksgiving: Begin and end each day by naming three things you’re grateful for.
- Gratitude in trials: Even in hardship, thank God for His presence and promises.
- Gratitude toward others: Express appreciation to people around you — gratitude multiplies joy.

Prayer
Father, forgive me for the times I have been ungrateful. Teach me to recognize Your blessings in every season. May my heart overflow with thanksgiving, and may my life reflect the joy of a grateful child of God. Amen.
