A Prayer for September.

My dearly beloved, welcome to September — the ninth month of the year, the beginning of the Ember months. It is a season of harvest, new beginnings, and preparation to finish the year strong.  
  We give thanks to God for bringing us this far — for life, health, protection, and every blessing. “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus” (1 Thessalonians 5:18).  
  As you journey through this new month, may the Lord order your steps. “The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way” (Psalm 37:23). May He provide for you, protect you, and fill your home with laughter and love.  
   The Lord will bless the work of your hands. “The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of His bounty, to bless all the work of your hands” (Deuteronomy 28:12). He will go before you and make every crooked path straight. “I will go before you and make the crooked places straight” (Isaiah 45:2). my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever” (Psalm 23:6).  
  September will favor you and be remembered for good. You will experience God’s goodness throughout the month and end this year in joy and celebration. “You crown the year with Your bounty, and Your carts overflow with abundance” (Psalm 65:11).

Genesis 17:1  And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. Devotion: Walking with God is more than just a phrase—it is a way of life, an intimate journey of faith, trust, and obedience. Throughout the Bible, we see individuals who walked with God and experienced His guidance, protection, and blessings. Their stories serve as powerful reminders that when we choose to walk with Him, we are never alone.   Walking in Obedience – Noah's Example  In Genesis 6:9, we read: "Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God."
